Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local hand delivery every other Friday for customers in select Fort Mill and Rock Hill areas.
Delivery Fee: $10 flat rate
Available ZIP Codes: 29708, 29715, and 29733
Please note: Because each flower is handmade to order, your bloom will be delivered the Friday after production is complete, typically 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email and a text message once your order is on the way.

What if I live outside the local delivery area?
No problem! We ship nationwide using USPS or another reliable carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and typically range from $6–$12 depending on the size and destination.

Can I request delivery for a specific date?
Yes—if you're ordering for a meaningful occasion (anniversary, birthday, memorial), email us at sara@sarascardshop.com. We'll always do our best to make it happen.

How are the flowers packaged for delivery or shipping?
Each flower is:
Carefully wrapped in tissue or kraft paper
Secured in a sturdy box to protect delicate petals
Includes a care card and a special note from the studio
We use eco-conscious materials whenever possible and make sure your blooms arrive beautiful and intact.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each piece is made-to-order:
Production time: 5–7 business days
Delivery (local): Friday delivery following completion
Shipping (national): 2–5 business days after production

Are your flowers real?
Nope—and that’s the magic. Every bloom is made by hand using high-quality Italian and German crepe paper. Each petal is cut, shaped, and assembled with intention and care.

How long do they last?
With proper care, your flowers can last for years. They're a lasting alternative to fresh flowers and don’t wilt, fade quickly, or require water.

How should I care for my blooms?
Each order includes a care card, but here’s the gist:
Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid fading
Dust gently with a dry brush or soft air
Avoid moisture or high humidity

Do the flowers come scented?
No artificial scent is added—but many customers tell us the beauty alone creates its own kind of mood.

Gifting & Custom Orders
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can add a note at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a small card.
Can I order a custom flower or bouquet?
Yes. If you want to recreate a wedding bouquet, honor a loved one, or match a favorite color, visit our [Custom Order Page] and fill out the form. We’ll follow up with a quote and timeline.
Do you make flowers for weddings or events?
Absolutely. Whether you're looking for paper florals to complement your bouquet, centerpieces that last, or a full bridal arrangement, we can help. We recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks in advance.

Orders & Returns
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure checkout.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. After that, work may have already begun on your bloom.
