GATHERED IN BLOOM SEPTEMBER 2026
GATHERED IN BLOOM
A Crepe Paper Rose Workshop
Where paper comes to life.
Saturday, September 12, 2026
4:00–8:00 PM
Private home in Fort Mill, South Carolina
$95 per person | Only 8 seats | Ages 21+
Come spend an afternoon working with your hands, learning something new, and watching crepe paper become a flower you will be proud to say you made.
During this beginner-accessible workshop, Sara Elias of Still Blooming Studios will guide you step by step through coloring, shaping, and assembling a hybrid tea rose designed by Lia Griffith. You will create one complete 12–14-inch stem featuring an open rose, rosebud, and three leaves.
Like a paint-and-sip experience, everyone will follow the same guided process while making individual choices about the color, shape, and natural movement of their flower. No paper-flower or crafting experience is needed.
Choose your rose
Sunlit Pink — Apricot/Light Rose crepe paper finished with a warm yellow glow.
First Blush — White/Vanilla crepe paper finished with soft pink shading.

About this pilot
This inaugural Gathered in Bloom workshop is being hosted with permission from Lia Griffith as a small pilot exploring how instructor-led paper-flower workshops could reach more local creative communities.
As one of the first eight participants, you will be asked to share brief feedback about your experience. The workshop will also be photographed to help document the pilot. You will be able to indicate your photography preference during registration.
Location and registration
The workshop will be held at a private home in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The full address, parking information, and arrival details will be emailed to confirmed participants before the event.
Registration closes September 6 so your selected flower kit can be cut and prepared by hand. Seats may sell out sooner.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another guest. If you can no longer attend, contact Still Blooming Studios as soon as possible. If there is a waitlist and your seat can be filled, a refund may be offered.
Space is limited to eight guests. Your seat is confirmed once registration and payment are complete.
