The Unfolding is a handcrafted paper peony made to honor transformation—personal, emotional, and everything in between.
With over 100 individually shaped petals, this flower reflects the fullness and depth of change. Each petal is cut, curled, and placed by hand using archival crepe paper, then detailed with artist-grade pan pastels and sealed for lasting beauty.
This was the very first large-scale bloom I ever created—my “big build.” It pushed me, taught me, and changed the way I thought about my work. That’s what makes it so meaningful—and so perfect for marking moments of growth in the lives of others.
